My credit card has been lost/stolen. I informed to bank. Can bank provide me another credit card with new account no. and same low apr credit card rates?

Yes, you should have done that when you reported the lost/stolen card. Do it asap. so who ever has your card can't get into your account. Don't wait.
If you are smart you will get rid of all your credit cards. They enable you to spend money that you don't have. Then they charge you exorbitant interest. They open you up to fraud. When someone gets your credit card number, they can charge things to you. Or, they can impersonate you and get their own card in your name. Finally, you loose your financial privacy. All of your transaction are recorded. They are all tied in with everything else you have ever done and given your social security number,
Be smart. Get rid of your credit cards.
