How do you cancel an Account Now prepaid Credit Card account?

I have been all over their website and there is no help section or contact us section. I found a number and called it, but it was nothing but an automated voice with no options to speak to a real rep or an option to cancel an account. So how do I cancel my account with Account Now???? They have been the worse prepaid credit card company I have been with. They have so many hidden fees they don’t tell you about.

Well first, by law, they are required to tell you about every fee that is administered to your account, so you should know what kind of fees you’re going to pay.
