If filling a bankruptcy in the future is possible . How many months before filing a B.R. would need to stop transferring balances around from one card to another and stop making purchases and or getting cash advances

If you know you are filing bankruptcy you should have already stopped doing anything with your credit cards. There is NO reason at all to waste your time transferring the balances if you aren’t going to be paying. It is really bad to get cash advances within the 90 days preceding the bankruptcy. You need to start living on cash for a while before you file. Please consult a bankruptcy attorney about this.
